| Abstract: | Based on the construction experience of Berth 5 and 6 of Shatian port zone of Humen port,this paper presents the water level lowering technique using vacuum electrical point well and principle of dynamic compaction on soft ground,main technical points and construction results.It summarizes the overall benefit of these techniques.The new technologies are applicable in future soft ground consolidation. |
