| Abstract: | Risks in process of scientific/ technical achievement transformation is analyzed.A method of evaluating risks of achievement transformation is developed and reasonable ap- proaches to avoid risks are putforth. It is beneficial in achievement transformation for know- ing correctly and settling risks in advance and also for promoting scientific/ technical achieve- ment transformation. |
