| 摘 要： | 涂装工艺是决定涂层质量的主要因素，本文根据设备现状和生产实践，对工件的表面处理，粉末涂料的选择，涂装生产工艺的制备等方面进行了一些要求，对涂层剥离的各种原因进行了分析，以期获得更为合理的工艺规范。

The Effecting Factors of Application Technology on Coating Quality |

| Abstract: | Application technology is the main factor determining coating quality. According to the present status of equipment and practice of production, in the paper some requirements are presented in the respects of the surface preparation of work pieces, the selection of powder coating material and the drawing up application technology etc., and various causes for coat stripping are analyzed to obtain more reasonable rules of the technology. |
