摘    要:介绍9000HP远洋救助拖轮国产大型可调桨装置及主柴油机概况。在简述可调桨液压系统和主机遥控电气回路的基础上,指出本船机、桨联调按设定螺距与主机转速对应的预定程序,配以等转距、等热负荷限制的控制方法的合理性,并提出主柴油机气路控制系统应当采用低压控制等有益建议。

Development, Research and Manufacture of Engine and Propeller Combined Control System for a 9000 HP Ocean Salvage Drag Ship

Abstract:The large homemade CPP device and main diesel engine of a 9000 HP ocean salvage drag ship is briefly introduced in the paper. The hydraulic system of CPP and the circuits of main engine remote control system are described. It is indicated that the engine-propeller combined control in accordance with the preprogram of the correspondence between the setting pitches of CPP and the revolutions of main engine with the control method of equal toque limit and equal thermal load is reasonable. It is also suggested that lower pressure be adopted in the pneumatic control system of main diesel engine.
