船舶动态信息采集与传输关键技术研究

摘    要:现代化智能型的船舶运输控制系统包括船舶信息管理与控制、船舶动态信息采集与传输、船队运行综合调度等三大模块。船舶动态信息采集与传输是该系统的关键部分。首先介绍船舶动态管理系统选用的软件,系统的特点和功能,并解析系统的结构。着重详尽描述船舶动态信息传输的工作原理和过程。最后介绍船舶管理信息系统及其船舶动态调度的情况。本研究成果为实施船舶的有效调度管理,为实现船岸一体化控制管理奠定基础。

Research on the Key Acquisition and Transmission Techniques of Ship's Dynamic Information

Abstract:Modern intelligent control system of ship transportation includes three big modules, i.e.ship information management and control, ship's dynamic information acquisition and transmission, combined deployment of fleet operation etc. Ship's dynamic information acquisition and transmission is a major part of the system, its selected software for use and characteristic features as well as functions are introduced in the paper at first. The structure of this system is also analyzed. It is emphasized in the paper that the working principles and process of ship's dynamic information transmission are described in detail. Finally, ship information management system and ship's dynamic deployment are introduced. The achievements of this research will lay a foundation to implement effective ship's management and deployment and to realize integrated ship shore control management.
