Design and Implementation of Aided Decision Making Support System for Large Shipping Group

According to the group strategy, the decision making support system is developed on basis of the best practices of ad- vanced enterprises worldwide. Following the principle of information sharing, the critical data, reflecting the operation, the production, the finance, the human resources, the safety and the development environment, are fully integrated. The mathe matical model for statistical analysis and in-depth data mining and forecasting is developed. The hierarchical decision subject set at general and subordinate levels are designed. The system provides the whole company with a comprehensive, timely, consist ent and transparent management view and helps the managements of the group and its member units in decision making; besides, the system is a good statistical analysis tool for operation management departments.
