基于历史航迹的船舶任意点到港的航线规划算法

摘    要:受复杂多变的海上环境影响,船舶在航行过程中很难完全按设计航线航行,预抵线路和预抵时间往往与实际有较大偏差,此时设计航线无法继续作为航行参考路线,需重新进行航线规划,并及时向船舶所有人、货主和港口各方提供船舶的航行动态。基于57699条通过船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)得到的船舶航迹数据,设计轨迹修复、轨迹相似度与历史航迹查询和船舶任意点到港的航线规划等算法,根据目的港和当前船位,实现对船舶预抵线路和预抵时间的预测。

Route Planning Algorithm Based on Historical Track Statistics

Abstract:To re-plan a route from the location where a ship actually is at to the destination port during a voyage has been the normal practice because ships often see large deviations from their design route due to the complexity and variability of maritime environment.The new route should be reported to the ship operator,the cargo owner,and the ports immediately.The proposed algorithm is developed based on 57699 track data obtained from AIS(Automatic Identification System)data.The functions of the algorithm include track repair,historical track query,trajectory similarity check and route planning.The changed estimated arrival time is also calculated accordingly.
