取料机行走手柄电位计控制系统优化

某斗轮取料机的行走系统由2台Schneider ATV71系列变频器驱动28台SEW变频电机。在生产运行过程中,出现电位计掉电和中点漂移后,变频器会收到错误的控制指令,导致取料机误动作,可能致使取料机大臂或斗轮撞击料堆。在PLC里增加对电位计的保护程序,在电位计出现掉电或者中点漂移时,PLC能迅速检测出电位计故障,限制取料机的走行操作,避免取料机的误动作。

Optimization of Potentiometer Control System of Walking Handle of Reclaimer

The walking system of a bucket-wheel reclaimer is driven by two Schneider ATV71 series frequency converters and 28 SEW frequency conversion motors.In the process of production and operation,in case of potentiometer power failure and midpoint drift,the frequency converter will receive the wrong control command,resulting in the malfunction of the reclaimer,which may cause the boom or bucket wheel of the reclaimer to hit the pile.The protection program for the potentiometer is added in the PLC.When the potentiometer is powered off or the midpoint drifts,the PLC can quickly detect the potentiometer fault,limit the running operation of the reclaimer,and avoid the malfunction of the reclaimer.
