摘    要:针对斗轮堆取料机刚性料斗结构无法与地面接触,导致取料时残余物料多、清场效果差等问题,提出一种新型四连杆柔性斗轮技术,采用伸缩装置与连杆结合,实现斗轮堆取料机料斗的柔性伸缩;伸缩装置布置于料斗后方,可更好地防护伸缩装置在取料过程中的磨损,在减少清场作业量的同时,提高柔性斗轮的使用寿命.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the rigid hopper structure of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer can not contact the ground,resulting in a large amount of residual material during reclaiming and poor clearance effect,a new type of four-bar linkage flexible bucket wheel technology is proposed.The telescopic device is combined with the connecting rod to realize the flexible expansion and contraction of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.The telescopic device is arranged at the back of the hopper,which can better protect the wear and tear of the telescopic device during the reclaiming process,and improve the service life of the flexible bucket wheel while reducing the amount of clearance operation.
