| Abstract: | This paper introduces a method to setup an index system in comprehensive evaluation for layout of container terminal and puts forward a kind of way to determine the weights of the indexes by combination of experts' consultancy and fuzzy analysis of hierarchy process(Delphi and FAHP).The application indicates its validity. |
