| Abstract: | According to the actual running of the container operation management system in Ninbo International Container Terminal Ltd. , this paper introduces the operational process design and its applications for dual cycle - loading/ unloading simultaneously and the cycle in same hatch. The adoption of this new kind of operational process can make both the container truck and the quayside gantry crane fully loaded running so that the equipment utilization rate and the ship loading/unloading rate can be much higher. |
