逆向思维设计新型钢丝绳润滑装置

参考 CORELUBE 公司的产品，结合实际经验，运用逆向思维的设计理念，创造性地提出了一种新型 润滑装置。其主要设计思路是：既然在使用润滑装置进行润滑时阻止不了润滑油随钢丝绳溢出，那就反过来研究 如何更好地利用那些溢出的润滑油，将研究和维修保养成本降到最低。这种新型润滑装置采用了3层储油桶加中 间阻隔板的设计，使每次润滑溢出的润滑油都得到了尽可能充分的利用。

This paper combines the experience within actual production in consulting the CORELUBE company product,the design principle creation that makes use of the contrary thinking puts forward a kind of new lubrication equip- ment,and its main design way be:Now that we can't stop the lubricant overflow with the steel wire rope at the time of using the equipment to work,in reverse new research is how to make good use of those overflowing lubricant in order to make cost of research and maintain decline lowest.This kind of equipment adopts the project of three layer oil buckets and baffle in the center,making overflowing lubricant each time possibly full saving.
