青岛市物流公共信息平台的构建

结合物流信息平台规划的最新理论方法与青岛的现状和发展，探讨了青岛物流公共信息平台的构 建；采用定性和定量的方法对平台进行信息化现状分析和需求分析；在此基础上，提出了以港口为龙头的物流公共 信息平台的系统框架，并就平台的目标定位、建设步骤、运营机制以及政府的作用等关键问题进行了论述。

Establishment of Logistics Public Information Platform in Qindao City

By integrating the newest theory and method on logistics information system into actuality and development of Qingdao, the city logistics information system is constructed. Actuality and demand analysis of automatic information system was introduced by the qualitative and quantitative method. On basis of that, the framework of logistics information system in which port is leading is put forward. Then key problems, such as the aim,construction approaches,work mechanism and role of government, are discussed.
