摘    要:冷藏箱箱区的插拔电管理对自动化集装箱码头堆场箱区冷藏箱的温度控制尤为重要。针对自动化集装箱码头冷藏箱箱区的结构特点,考虑箱区中冷藏箱的插拔电时间窗约束,基于传统带有时间窗的TSP问题,以操作员行走路径最小为目标,建立了整数规划模型,确定待插拔电冷藏箱的插拔电作业顺序,将求解结果与当前码头冷藏箱区插拔电策略进行比较。结果表明,该模型能够更好解决冷藏箱的插拔电顺序问题,实现人员行走路径最优。

Abstract:The plug-in management of the refrigerated container area is particularly important for the temperature control of refrigerated containers in the automated container terminal.Considering the structural characteristics of the refrigerated container area of automated container terminal and the time window constraints of the plug-in of refrigerated containers,an integer programming model is established based on the traditional TSP problem with time window,which aims at minimizing the operator′s walking path.By solving the model,the order of plug-in operation is determined,and the results are compared with the current plug-in strategy of the refrigerated container area.Comparison results show that the model performs better in solving the plug-in order of refrigerators,which provides an optimal walking path for personnel.
