全功能小车自动化轨道吊吊具精确定位研究

摘    要:码头堆场使用的自动化轨道吊,主要采用机械八绳防摇系统,钢丝绳寿命较短。为改进钢丝绳使用寿命,提出一种全功能小车自动化轨道吊,起升钢丝绳采用传统四绳方式,在吊具上添加辅助钢丝绳,通过对4根辅助钢丝绳的位置控制,并结合理论计算,引入负载大小系数,实现吊具微动的精确定位。

Abstract:The steel wire rope life of ARMG(Automatic Rail Mounted Gantry)used in wharf and yard is short,which mainly adopts mechanical eight-rope anti-swing system.In order to improve the service life of steel wire ropes,an ARMG designed with full-function trolley is proposed.In the new type of ARMG,the traditional four-rope method is adopted for hoisting wire rope,and auxiliary wire ropes are added to the spreader.By controlling the position of the four auxiliary wire ropes and using theoretical calculation,the accurate positioning of spreaders can be realized on the basis of introducing load magnitude coefficient.
