摘    要:介绍了新型微动电机驱动上架平移机构的设计选型要点;以洋山深水港四期自动化轨道吊使用的微动电机驱动上架平移机构为例,分析了微动机构在自动化轨道吊的安装方式、使用工况、自动化控制等应用情况;针对实际使用过程中出现的问题,提出优化对策。对微动机构在自动化起重机上的使用具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the design and selection points of the new micro-motor driven upper frame translation mechanism are introduced. And taking the translational mechanism of the micro-motor driven by the Yangshan Deepwater Port phase Ⅳ automatic track crane as an example,the application of micro-mechanism in the installation mode,working condition and automatic control of automatic track crane is analyzed. Besides,the problems in the actual use process are analyzed and optimized,which has a certain reference significance for the use of micro-mechanism in automated cranes.
