| 摘 要： | 以某大型集装箱码头在试运营期间装卸桥钢轨断裂为背景，从轨道安装误差及缺陷、设备制作安装精度、施工焊接质量及由此造成的温度变化、母材受损等方面，分析了钢轨断裂的原因，有针对性地提出了几点措施和建议，供类似工程参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the fracture of steel rail during the test run of a container terminal,from several aspects as follows:rail installation errors and deficiencies;equipment fabrication and installation accuracy;welding quality and temperature changes caused by them;damage to base metal and so on,this paper analyzes the causes of quay crane rail fracture,pertinently puts forward several suggestions and measures for references to similar projects. |
