摘    要:建立港口正面吊运车防倾覆过载保护装置的ADAMS动力学模型,并作仿真分析。得到了连锁与下锁接触距离,锁钩接触力、接触力矩,后耳板与连锁铰接点处橡胶衬套位移、受力,连锁、前耳板各自铰点处的约束力,连锁钩点、下锁钩点位置等随时间变化的曲线。所得结果可作为防倾覆过载保护装置优化设计的参考依据。

Abstract:The dynamic model of anti-overturning overload protection device for a reach stacker is established,and the simulation analysis is carried out.Then the contact distance of connecting lock and bottom lock,lock hook contact force and torque,the displacement and force of rubber bushing at hinge point of back ear plate and connecting lock,constrained force for each articulated point of connecting lock and front ear plate,the coordinates of connecting and bottom lock hook points versus time curves are described.The results can provide references for optimization design of the proposed device.
