基于有限元分析的MSS45移动模架造桥机预压试验研究

摘    要:为了确认MSS45造桥机在施工过程中的安全可靠性以及为合理设置预拱度提供依据,需要在施工前进行预压试验。根据对MSS45造桥机的有限元分析结果,确定了造桥机各部位应力特征点及主梁挠度测点位置。试验结果表明,各测点的理论值与实测值较接近,造桥机安全可靠。

Abstract:In order to confirm the safety and reliability of MSS45 bridge-building machine during construction and to provide basis for setting up reasonable pre-cambers it is necessary to carry out pre-loading tests on the bridge builder before the commencement of a project.The characteristic tensile points of various parts of the bridge building machine and the location of points to measure the deflection of main girders were determined according to the results of finite element analysis of the MSS45 bridge-building machine.The test results show that the theoretical values at the measuring points are closer to the measured values and the bridge-building machine is safe and reliable.
