摘    要:自升式海洋平台是海上施工的重要设备,其造价昂贵、设计复杂,承受着复杂的环境荷载作用。目前关于地震对其作用的研究还较少,有必要进行地震与风、浪、流等荷载对自升式平台的动力分析研究。文中在考虑流体附加质量及地基土体抗转效应的前提下,建立了适合动力分析的海洋平台计算模型,并利用弹塑性时程分析方法研究了其在地震及其他环境荷载共同作用下的动力响应。结果表明环境荷载作用方向对现役自升式海洋平台的抗震性能有着较大的影响,在平台结构抗震性能评估中应予以重视。
