基于DSP的SVPWM交流调速系统研究与设计

摘    要:异步电动机具有结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等特点,随着电力电子器件、微处理器以及控制技术的发展,交流调速的应用也越来越广泛。文中针对交流异步电机变频调速控制系统进行了研究和探讨,提出了相应的软、硬件设计方案,以TI公司的电机专用控制芯片DSP TMS320LF2407A为控制核心,采用空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的控制方法,实现了对交流异步电机变频调速控制,从而使交流电机运行精度得到很大提高。

Abstract:An asynchronous motor has a simple structure and is reliable in operation and easy to maintain. Along with the de- velopment of electronic devices, microprocessors and control techniques, AC speed adjustment is more and more widely ap- plicable. The paper introduces the research and discussions on the variable-frequency speed control system for AC asyn- chronous motors and proposes corresponding hardware and software designs. Control chip DSP TMS320LF2407A for TI motors together with SVPWM control methods were used to regulate the speed of AC induction motors with a variable frequency, thus greatly improving the running accuracy of AC motors.
