摘    要:上海长江大桥深水区非通航孔桥墩的墩柱采用分节预制安装施工技术取代传统的现浇施工工艺,为国内首创。文章介绍了墩柱分节预制、陆上立式运输、分节安装和现浇湿接头混凝土施工工艺。工程结果表明,该工艺安全、优质、高效,为我国江、海上桥梁墩柱施工开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:The pier stud of non-navigable pier in deepwater area of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge used the segment precasting and installation technology to replace the traditional cast-in-situ construction technology for pioneering domestic.This paper introduces construction technologies include segment precating for pier stud,vertical transportation on land,segment installation and cast-in-situ wet connector for concrete.Project results show that this method is safe,high quality and efficient to complete the entire project,open up a newway to the construction of pier studs in rivers or seas of our country.
