塑性混凝土防渗墙在深基坑开挖中的应用

摘    要:海南逸盛PTA项目取水头沉箱、取水箱涵及取水泵站基坑采用塑性混凝土防渗墙。防渗墙采用间隔分序法施工工艺冲孔成槽,主、副孔间残留及槽段接头部位采用钻劈法进行修整。墙体物理力学性能检测结果表明,止水防渗效果较好,整个深基坑开挖过程中几乎无渗水现象发生,为基坑内水泵房干地施工创造了良好条件。

Abstract:The water head caisson , water culvert and water pumping station pit of Hainan Yisheng PTA project use the plastic concrete cutoff wall. The cutoff wall uses the interval sequence construction process to punching into the tank, the residues between the main and auxiliary holes and the groove section joints use the drill split method to trim. Wall physical and mechanical properties test results show that the sealing seepage effect is good, the whole process of deep pit excavation is almost no leakages occurred, it creates favorable conditions for the construction of pit pump house on dry land.
