摘    要:青岛港董家口40万t矿石码头工程中使用深水抛石基床整平船、液压式胶囊台车、三维千斤顶、6000t超大椭圆沉箱、混凝土套箱、基床升浆等大量的新工艺、新设备、新材料。文章介绍了工程施工关键技术与工艺创新,对大型开敞式码头工程施工具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:During the construction of the 400 000 t Ore Terminal at Dongjiakou of Qingdao Port, a lot of new technology, new equipment, and new materials were used, which included deep water rubble base leveling barge, hydraulic capsule trolley, three-dimensional jacks, 6 000 t oversized elliptical caissons, concrete box casing, foundation bed prepacking, etc. This paper describes these key techniques and technological innovation, which may be very important reference for construction of large open deep-water piers and wharfs.
