一种用于疏浚泥沙分离的水力旋流器效率分析

摘    要:研究用于疏浚泥沙分离的短柱型水力旋流器性能,应用FLUENT软件建立水力旋流器内两相湍流三维模型。主要分析了短柱型旋流器对疏浚泥的分离效率,并给出不同颗粒直径与旋流器直径之间的关系公式,得到最佳旋流器几何尺寸,为用于疏浚泥水力分离旋流器的设备选型提供依据。

Abstract:The paper studies the performance of short column hydrocyclone for separation of dredged sediment by use of FLUENT software to build 3D model with two phase turbulence in hydrocyclone,analyses the efficiency of separation of short column hydrocyclone on dredged sediment,gives a relational expression between different particle diameters and the diameter of hydrocyclone,obtains best geometrical size of hydrocyclone and provides a basis for selection of hydrocyclone for separation of dredged sediment.
