竖向分条矩形双壁钢围堰在水中墩施工中的应用

哈尔滨至大连客运专线第二松花江特大桥主跨水中墩施丁，采用新型竖向分条矩形双壁钢围堰施工技术，施工方法与结构形式不同于传统的双壁钢围堰，该技术在实践中得到了良好的应用效果。文中对新型钢围堰的制作、拼装、下沉、纠偏等工艺进行总结，系统的论述了钢围堰施工工艺。为今后围堰施工提供一种新型施工方法。

Application for Vertical Slicing Rectangular Double-walled Steel Cofferdam of Water Pier

The construction of water piers, which are in main span of the second Songhua River Bridge in Harhin-Dalian passenger line, using new construction technology of vertical slicing rectangular double-walled steel cofferdam, the construction method and structural form are different from the traditional double-walled steel cofferdam, this technology achieves agoc, d ap- plication effect in practice. This paper concludes the techniques about production, assembling, sinking, and correction and so on for the new steel cofferdam, discusses the construction technology of steel cofferdam, and can provide a new construction method for the future constructions of cofferdams.
