小开底驳船在窄桩间大棱体高桩码头抛石施工中的应用

摘    要:大连长兴岛公共港区通用泊位高桩码头为窄桩间大棱体接岸抛石结构,皮带机抛石船和方驳配反铲抛石船均无法满足工期要求。采用自制的小开底驳船抛石施工工艺,通过合理的分区分层抛填,跟踪测量监控,适时调整施工参数,确保了因抛石引起的桩位偏差(没采取夹桩工艺)在规范允许的范围内,大大提高了施工效率,有效解决了抛石施工难题,为类似高桩码头抛石施工提供了经验。

Abstract:The high pile jetty consisting of general berths of Changxing Island Public Port Zone in Dalian is a linking shore structure with riprap mound in quantity among the piles in a narrow pile-to-pile spacing,a self-manufactured bottom hopper barge shall be adopted since the riprap barges with neither belt conveyor nor backhoe excavator are able to meet the requirements of the whole duration;Riprap-filling activities shall be executed by reasonable layers and different distributions;Further their track,survey,supervision and control shall be carried out to adjust the construction parameters in due course.All of the above practices ensure the location deviation of piles within permissible tolerance specified in the Specification(caused by no application of pile clamping method),greatly improve the working efficiency,effectively resolve the difficulties in rock dumping works and also provide the successful experiences for construction of the similar jetties.
