| 摘 要： | 进入"十一五",我国的沿海港口建设与发展进入了新的阶段。根据目前港口建设发展状况及特点,阐述了港口建设可持续发展中构建持续发展的战略文化的重要性。提出了战略定位、协调匹配、信息建设、服务理念和将经济与文化相融合的思路,以促进构建一个和谐的、具有活力的、可持续发展的港口。

| Abstract: | The port construction along the coast in China has already entered into a new stage from the 11th Five-Year Plan.In view of the present conditions and characteristics of port construction and development,the significance of the strategy culture to establish a sustainable development in port construction are described.The strategy position,coord-ination and matching,information management,service and ideas,and the thinking to mix economy and culture toget-her are put forward,in order to promote the development of port in harmonious,vigorous and sustainable. |
