磷渣细度和掺量对水泥早期力学性能的影响

摘    要:测定了掺量10%~60%、细度350~600m2/kg磷渣微粉的水泥3d、7d和28d抗折、抗压强度。结果表明:水泥28d强度随着磷渣细度的增加而增加,而3d和7d的水泥胶砂抗压、抗折强度与细度没有特定规律;掺量小于40%的磷渣水泥,抗压强度和抗折强度受到磷渣细度的影响程度要大于更高磷渣掺量的水泥;低磷渣掺量的水泥胶砂强度随掺量的变化梯度低于高磷渣掺量的;强度的最高增长速度和最低增长速度交替出现在特定磷渣细度和掺量的水泥中。可为工业废渣——磷渣的再利用积累经验。

Abstract:This paper examines the strength development of cements incorporating phosphorous slag (PS) with varying fineness from 350 to 600 m2/kg and dosage from 10 % to 60 % at 3 d, 7 d and 28 d. The results indicate that the strength of phosphorous slag cement mortars increases by increasing the fineness of slag at 28 d, hut there is no clear relationship between fineness and strength at 3 d and 7 d; when the dosage of phosphorous slag is less than 40 %, the effect of fineness on compressive and flexural strength of mortar becomes more than the cement with higher dosage; with varying gradient of dosage, the strength of cement mortars with low phosphorous slag dosage is lower than that with high dosage ; the maximum and minimum growth rate of the strength alternately occur at the cement which has a particular fineness and dosage of phosphorous slag. It can gather experiences for recycling industrial waste residues- phosphorous slag.
