摘    要:焊接残余应力和变形是个长期困扰船舶行业的难题。本文介绍了预测焊接残余应力和变形的基本数值理论,用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件对T形接头的焊接过程进行了实时三维数值模拟,并对焊接温度场、残余应力分布以及角变形计算结果进行了分析说明。

Abstract:Welding residual stresses and distortions have been puzzling difficult problems in ship industries for a long time.This paper presents the basic numerical theories for forecasting welding residual stresses and distortions,A real-time 3D numerical simulation has been executed to the welding process of a welding T-joint by using MSC.Marc FE analysis software,and computed results such as welding temperature field,residual stress distributing and angular distortion are drew out and discussed.
