| 摘 要： | 主要分析了当前国内外潜艇损害管制的现状,介绍了国内外潜艇损管器材的配置情况、增强损害管制技术采取的措施、不同潜艇事故的应对措施以及当前国内外损管训练设施和损管训练的组织实施方法。最后,分析总结了国外在损害管制训练方面的优点。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes mainly the status in quo of submarine damage control both here and abroad currently,and introduces the configuration situation of submarine damage control equipments both here and abroad,measures taking for enhancing damage control technique,countermeasures of different submarine accident,and damage control training establishment both here and abroad currently and organization implementing method.At last,it analyzes and summarizes the merit of damage control training abroad. |
