摘    要:本文通过造船现场检验和实验室模拟试验相结合的方法,取得与生产实际相同的树枝状气孔实样。借助光学金相、扫描电子探针、俄歇仪、化学成分分析等手段对试样进行宏微观全面分析,就焊缝中气孔生成的热力学条件重点进行探讨,分析了树枝状气孔的类型及树枝状气孔方向分布。最后文章在理论探讨的基础上提出了防止该种气孔的工艺措施,为造船生产提供有效的建设性意见。

A preliminary study on the generation mechanism of the tree-shaped porosity in carbon-dioxide-shielded arc welding
Abstract:The treee-shaped porosity sample as same as that met in practical prodiuction is obtained by a method combined with the on-site inspection and laboratorial simulation tes.A comprchenswe macro and micto analyscs is carried out by means of optical metallography,electrontc scanning probe,Auger electron meter,chemical analysis,etc. And a discussion is made c mphasined on the thermodynamical conditions of the generation of the tree-shaped porosity.The type and directional distribation of the tree-shaped porosity are also analyned .At the and of the paper,some technological measures.for preventing from the generation of the treeshaped porosity are proposed based on the thevreical study ,and some effective and constructive opinions for shipbuilding are proposed
