LP理论在水下工程管理中的应用

摘    要:如何不断缩短船舶的船台(船坞)建造周期,以加快资金周转,获得更大的收益?这一直以来都是各大船厂热议的话题。本文简要论述了如何以LP精益制造理论这一著名的生产管理理论为指导,选择船台核心工程之一——水下工程的生产管理为突破口,从工程管理和部门管理两方面入手,结合51800t冰区加强型系列船的实际作业及管理的特点进行综合应用。经过改进后,规范了部门以及整个作业的管理,作业周期大大缩短,劳动效率大幅提高。
