| 摘 要： | 肋骨冷弯机是船舶型材加工的重要设备。典型的有传统的肋骨冷弯机、半自动化的程控肋骨冷弯机和基于Labview的数控机械手肋骨冷弯机等。本文围绕肋骨冷弯机的发展历程就肋骨成型加工方法、各类肋骨冷弯机的特点以及国内外冷弯机发展现状作一简要介绍。

| Abstract: | A frame bending machine is an important equipment for cold bending of sections in shipbuilding industry.The typical bending machines include traditional,semi-automatic programming ones and the machine based on Labview numerical control manipulator.In this paper a brief introduction to the development of manufacturing method for frame shaping with the evolution of frame bending machines,the characteristics of different kinds of frame bending machines and the situation of the frame bending machine development is provided. |
