| 摘 要： | 在以中间产品为导向的现代造船模式下,传统的直线职能式组织结构组织对船厂中间产品的生产管理制约因素逐渐放大。结合矩阵组织理论,增加与船厂职能层级一致的横向项目管理结构,提出应用项目执行清单归类各部(课)的项目作业,描述改进后的组织结构在某制造船厂曲面分段中的应用,满足现阶段船厂生产管理模式需求。

| Abstract: | In modern shipbuilding mode led by semi-finished production,traditional Line-Function construction organization is gradually magnifying the effect made by restriction element to shipbuilding management.Combined the matrix theory,the transverse construction of item management is established to conform to the corresponding function construction and the item bill is designed to plot the tasks between different parts or class and confirm the stuffer's function.The improved construction organization is applicated in the curve subsection producing of one shipyard.It appears that it meets the demand of shipyard's production management in modern shipbuilding mode. |
