摘    要:分析了影响矿石码头卸船机自吸泵的几个因素.从自吸泵出水结构选型、优化回流孔,优化泵叶轮和密封环机械密封改进等方面,制定了相应的对策措施.优化改造大幅提高自吸泵的使用可靠性.

Abstract:This paper analyses several factors which influences the self-priming pump of the unloader of Ore Terminal. It makes up the relative countermeasures from several aspects,such as type-choice of the draining structure,optimizing of the return hole and impeller of pump and improvement of seal ring and machinery seal etc. The optimizing reform has enhanced the reliability of the self-priming pump.
