| 摘 要： | 介绍了现代管理方法目标管理之一后,分析了在企业财务管理中建立目标管理责任制,实行目标管理的必要性,并阐述了具体的一些做法,如更新经济核算观念,编制财务预算,形成企业财务目标、建立目标管理责任制等。同时提出了在实行企业财务目标管理中需要重视的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces one of the modern management method—target control.It analyses the necessity of building up the target control in the financial management of the enterprise and states a few methods in detail,such as changing the economic accounting ideal,making up the financial budget and sttting up the financial target,establishing the responsibility system of the target control.Also it puts forward a few problems that should be paid attention to. |
