| Abstract: | Construction Agent System is an important measure of state investment system reformation. This paper introduces two item managing models under two different systems. Especially it introduces the contents, managing model, running system and managing frame. At last it puts forward several problems that need to be solved urgently as we spread the Construction Agent System at present. |
