| 摘 要： | 介绍了为解决打桩船吊锤绞车短距离排缆存在的问题,将位于绞车前的导向轮设计成轴向可移动式,满足钢丝绳卷绕时自行排缆的要求。另外,还对导向轮的润滑方式进行改进,取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of the cable-arranging within short distance on the winch of the floating pile driver, this paper introduces a method that the guide wheel before the winch should be designed to be axial moving, so as to meet the requirement of the cable self-rolling. In addition, it puts forward a suggestion that improving the lubricating method of the guide wheel. |
