摘    要:为彻底消除取料机大臂回转运行过程中斗轮碰撞坝基事故,防止斗轮机械损坏,对取料机控制系统进行了改造。介绍了所采取的措施,如增加现场限位。利用PLC微分接点技术完善取料机回转保护功能。改造取得良好效果。

Abstract:In order to eliminates accident of colliding the dam foundation by the bucket during the back running of the reclaimer arm and prevent the damage of the bucket, a reform of the reclaimer control system has been carried out. This paper introduces the measures taken in the reform, such as adding the limit spacing on the site, perfecting the protection function for back running by differential contact technology. It has got good results.
