| Abstract: | It is an important step to build up and perfect the impelling system for the runner of the state-owned enterprise for pushing on the reform of the state-owned enterprise.This paper analyses the problems existed in the state-owned enterprise for the impelling system of the runner.It introduces the successful experience abroad in this aspect.It puts forward a few suggestions for building up the impelling system of the runner of the state-owned enterprise. |
