Research on the Economic Impact of Jiaxing Port to Jiaxing Area by the Angle of View of Growth Pole

This paper defines the methods of relieving of difficulties and development, analyzes and studies the economic impact of Jiaxing Port to Jiaxing area in items of demonstration and theory and from the three aspects of port industries, port cities and hinterlands. It states the defects of the strategy of developing cities by ports, and puts forward the developing method of port industries of developing port economy as a priority and speeding up the realization of spreading effect by government intervention under specific condition.
