摘    要:人才是企业发展的基础,在人才流动畅通的今天,企业如何获得人才,留住人才是个重要课题。阐述了人才的重要性。从制定与企业发展战略相适应的人才战略,调动现有人才的积极性,以及引进企业发展所需专门人才3个方面介绍了企业获得人才的途径。

Abstract:Talents are the foundation for the development of enterprises. Nowadays,the flow of talent is free,so how to obtain and retain talented people is a key issue for enterprises. This paper states the significance of talents. It also introduces the way of obtaining talents from three aspects,which are making up talent strategy fitting with corporation development strategy,bringing into play the initiative of existing talents and importing trained experts for the requirement of business development.
