| 摘 要： | 分析了膜片式联轴器的结构和现场使用、维修过程中存在的问题.对联轴器进行重新选型.从6个方面介绍了根据皮带机驱动系统部件尺寸和相对位置进行新型联轴器的设计、制作、安装和调试运行.阐述了技术关键点.改造后真正实现了皮带机系统的优化配置.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existed problems on the structure of the film membrane coupling and in the usage and maintenance of it, and re-chooses the type of the coupling . It introduces from 6 aspects the design, manufacturing, installing and adjusting of new coupling according to part's dimension and relative position of the driving system of the belt conveyor. Also it states key technical points . After reform it realizes running efficiently . |
