| 摘 要： | 随着港口铁路规模的扩大和运量的增加,急需一整套先进的管理信息系统。连云港港口集团铁运公司运输综合调度指挥系统就是由调度指挥子系统和货运管理子系统两大系统构成的管理信息系统。介绍了该系统的体系结构,对系统功能作了分析。该系统开通以来,有效提高了生产效率和工作效率。

| Abstract: | As the enlarging of port railway＇s scale and the increasing of transportation quantity, a set of advanced managing information system is needed urgently. The comprehansive dispatch and command system of Lianyungang Port Railway Transportation Corporation is a managing information system which is made up by both dispatch and command subsystem and transportation subsystem. This paper introduces the structure of the system, analyzes the function. Since the system is put into operation, it has raised the production efficiency and working efficieny effectively. |
