| Abstract: | Abstract： This paper analyzes with SWOT method the advantage and weakness of the Ningde Port, the opportunities and threats the Ningde Port is facing. It puts forward strategic decision of avoiding risks and speeding development under new situation. Its aim is to realize reforming effect of 1 ＋ 1 〉2 on the background of integration of Fuzhou Port and Ningde Port under the reforming and opening situation. |
