摘    要:对大型风力发电塔筒法兰的制作安装与平整度控制方法作了较为详尽的说明和分析。内容包括法兰的分片制作和整体合拢,法兰与塔筒的拼装焊接和法兰制作安装全过程对其平整度控制的相关内容等。经实践检验,证明此工艺方案具有实用、质量可靠、可操作性强和技术先进、合理等优点,并取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper states in detail the manufacture and installation and the control of its flatness of the flange of large wind-power tower. The contents of it includes manufacture in single and combination in a whole of the flange, the melt of flange and tower tube and the control of flatness during the process of flange's manufacture and installation. It has been proved that this technology has multi advantages such as practical, with high quality, convenient operation and advanced technology etc.. It has got good economic effect.
