| 摘 要： | 随着国际上EPC总承包模式的形成和发展,上世纪九十年代,我国工程建设领域也开始接触工程总承包和项目管理工作.介绍了EPC总承包模式在东海救助局湄洲救助基地码头工程中的应用,从EPC总承包、设计方案比选、造价控制几方面进行论述,为今后类似工程的实施提供了一定的参考作用.

| Abstract: | As the international EPC general contract model formed and developed, it began to enter engineering construction field of China from 90＇ of 20 century. Application of EPC general contract in Meizhou Rescue Base wharf engineering of Donghai Sea is introduced. The EPC general contract, comparison of design plans, cost control etc. are stated respectively, which offers certain reference for similar engineering. |
