| 摘 要： | 基于港口机械制造业物料的属性和物流的特点,提出了3种库存管理模式:标准件库存管理模式、非标准件库存管理模式、混合库存管理模式。ERP中3种模型的应用提高了物料和余料的利用率,降低了库存量,极大地节约了企业的成本。

Research on Three ERP Inventory Management Models for the Port Machine Manufacturing Industry |

| Abstract: | Based on the material attributes and the logistical characteristics of port machine manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward three kinds of inventory management model,including standard part management model,non-standard part management mode and mingle management model. The application of the three models in ERP increases the usage rate of material and surplus material,decreases the stock and the costs of the enterprises. |
