| 摘 要： | 为进一步节能减排,通过PLC程序修改,实现BM皮带机减速,并通过理论计算验证节能效果。分析港口BM皮带机在生产实际中存在的问题。从电气方面入手,介绍改造方案。改造完成运行良好,节能效果显著,为生产带来了一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | In order to save power and reduce consumption further, the deceleration of BM belt conveyor has been realized by revising PLC program, and the power-saving results has been proven by theory calculation. The existed problems of original BM belt conveyor are introduced. The reform plan is introduced from electric aspect. After reform, the running is well and power-saving results is obvious, which is helpful to production. |
